Oyi-1 Android Smartphone yet to be available for those who had placed order

After the unveiling of Oyi-1 smartphone, some of you have already placed order and may be wondering while its yet to be delivered as promised. I know you must have been expecting the delivery to be fast like Jumia, Konga and other online as well as local stores, but it’s taking more time than expected.

Well, from information gathered so far, it may even take much longer because the founder, John Enoh during the unveiling of the smartphone, said "Stage one had to do with technical development which includes design, testing, and prototype manufacture of a basic affordable smartphone, and the second stage was to raise public awareness and funds to manufacture the first batch of 3,000 units" Meaning all the pre-orders made is part of the second stage and the fund is being used to produce 3000 units. This is the reason the delivery date might even take a bit longer if not entering into 2019.

So, patient is a vital virtue for the moment while waiting till when the delivery date will be communicated to you.

Meanwhile, new orders and account modification could still be done if need be, while waiting for the day of delivery.
